  • How quick are you expected shipping times?

    We pride ourselves on swift shipping. Our customers often receive their products earlier than anticipated. We use standard ground shipping for all orders. Most orders placed before 11 a.m. EST are shipped the same business day. Please note that international and Canadian orders may incur additional shipping charges and customs fees, which are beyond our control. These orders might also experience longer delivery times due to customs processing. Similarly, orders to Alaska and Hawaii may have extra shipping charges and longer delivery times.   • How do you calculate taxes?

    We are required by law to charge taxes on purchases made in the state of Michigan. All purchases made outside of Michigan will be tax-free. Call us today for heavy duty suspension kits.
  • How do I make a warranty claim?

    If you were to ever experience a failure with one of your parts purchased from American Undercar, contact us directly, and we will send you the replacement part first, and send us the failed part after the installation has been completed. Our products, including heavy duty steering kits, are designed for precision and quality.
